Schneider Conext Core XC – 10-year Preventive Maintenance at Beachampton, Milton Keynes

LT Energy Services carried out an intensive 10-year maintenance programme at the Beachampton site, which included five older-generation inverters. As part of our commitment to prolonging system health and efficiency, we conducted a deep clean and component replacement plan designed to restore performance while preventing costly future faults.

Internal components were carefully inspected and replaced where needed, including power supplies, fan capacitors, and small fans across both AC and DC sections. The larger and more expensive AIC fans were fully refurbished with new bearings and shafts (as required), preserving performance without the cost of full replacement.

Additionally, we performed Masterpact Maintenance on both the AC and DC circuit breakers. This often-overlooked task ensures safety compliance and reduces the risk of breaker-related failures. This work forms part of an ongoing plan to continue with structured maintenance that supports long-term energy yield.
